Terms of service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms are between you and Zyad Abuzeid, trading as Pink Panther Labs ("we"), and cover your use of Cue: the website and app at cuedecks.app, its MCP server, and share and follow links. If you use Cue for a company, you accept them for that company too.
1. The service
Cue lets you write, brand, present and share decks, connect data to them, and edit them yourself, with Cue's AI, or from AI apps you connect. Cue is in early access: it's under active development, features can change or go away, and it comes without a service level.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign in with your email address or with Google. Keep access to that email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- A workspace belongs to the company or person that runs it. Its owners and admins decide who is a member and with which role, and can remove members.
- Apps you connect over MCP act as you, with your role. You're responsible for what they do in your name, and you can disconnect them at any time.
3. Your content
- What you and your workspace put into Cue (decks, brand kits, data, logos) stays yours or your company's.
- You give us the right to store, process, render and transmit it as needed to run Cue for you, including sending it to the services listed in the privacy notice.
- Only upload what you're allowed to use, including logos, fonts, images and data.
- Anyone with a share link or a follow link can see what it shows. Revoke a link to stop that.
4. AI features
Decks, edits, brand kits, demos and review copy can be written by an AI model. Its output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you present or share it. Cue writes the numbers it reads from your data sources into your slides itself, not through the model.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Cue to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- store or present health data, payment card data or other sensitive personal data;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer Cue, or get around its limits or access controls;
- make Cue fetch addresses you aren't allowed to access, or use it to send spam;
- resell Cue without our written agreement.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts Cue or others at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.
6. Fees and payment
- Cue is free during early access. Prices for paid plans are on the pricing page. Nothing is charged unless a workspace owner picks a paid plan and agrees to its terms.
- Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. When you buy a plan, Paddle sells it to you and handles the payment, sales tax or VAT, invoices and refunds, under Paddle's own buyer terms.
- Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
7. Ending
You can stop using Cue at any time and delete your workspaces. We can end the service, or your access to it, with 30 days' notice by email, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.
8. Warranty and liability
During early access, Cue is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're liable only for intent and gross negligence, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that can't be limited by law, such as for injury to life, body or health, stays unaffected.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll tell you by email or in the app before changes take effect. If you keep using Cue after that, the new terms apply.
10. Law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you're a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country stay unaffected.
